Leaders CV.. Where the Idea Began

In 2015, with the rapid transition of the market towards the knowledge model, we observed a clear gap: the lack of a professional tool that accurately represented the status of executive leaders. The traditional CV was designed to document job tasks, not to showcase the leadership impact and strategic value that senior executives offer to boards of directors and decision-makers.

From this vision, Leaders CV was established as the first entity specialized in transforming the concept of CVs from listing duties to presenting impact, building the professional identity of executive leaders. We did not establish this entity to mimic prevailing services, but to set a specialized professional standard that suits the uniqueness and strategic requirements of the leadership path.

Over more than a decade of specialized work, we have established an integrated methodology for evaluating and building professional identity, based on 12 qualitative criteria tailored to the diverse leadership paths in the market, from fresh graduates to C-level executives.
